Return Policy

Earrings are FINAL SALE. If your earrings break with normal wear within 7 days of purchase, we will replace them (depending on the style of earrings and availability of materials) or we will refund the price of the earrings to you. Customers will provide photos of the damaged items with the order number and email them to lilejewelry@yahoo.com.

As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to test their flexibility, please don't. They can become weak and break.

If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please be sure to contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order at lilejewelry@yahoo.com. Please include name, order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and we will assist accordingly.

If an order needs to be cancelled, please reach out to us immediately with the specific reasoning the order needs to be canceled. Changes are not allowed during sale periods. Please be sure to double check your order before proceeding to checkout.
