  • Processing Times

    Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing  Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. During the holidays when there is a high volume in orders, please allow an extra 5 business days to process orders. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.   • Shipping Methods & Practices

    All orders placed within the U.S. will ship via USPS. Shipping costs will include tax and be calculated at checkout. Expeditied shipping will cost the customer an extra fee.

    Once processed, USPS shipping can take up to 2-7 days for U.S. customers to receive their package if there are no delays with shipping. Customer will be provided with a tracking number via email for their order once it is processed and has shipped.

    If a package is undeliverable, customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges.

    If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, please reach out to me within 24-48 hours.

    If you are shipping to a different address than the billing address tied to your form of payment, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the preferred shipping address is correct before processing.
